The Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities heard the matter, ruling that Adonmo must provide all information on its devices in accessible PDF format by email. The Court also instructed the Ministry of Housing to take steps towards providing accessible information to persons with disabilities in all communities across India. This case sets a precedent that providing community information in accessible formats to persons with disabilities is not a matter of choice, but a legal requirement.
