It is necessary to obtain sufficient number of analyzable cells in order to carry out the radiation dose estimation by the observation of PCC aberrations in cells using microscopy. The efficiency of chromosome aberration analysis may decrease without judging minute structural changes of the chromosome in the cell for which the morphology of chromosomes is not correctly distinguished.
