Methods In this prospective study we included 22 POAG patients under topical intraocular pressure (IOP)-lowering treatment, who underwent contour dynamic tonometry measurements every three hours from 9am to 6pm for IOP and OPA readings. Heart rate (HR) and blood pressure (BP) were simultaneously recorded during the ocular measurements. Only the eye with greater glaucomatous damage was selected per patient.
