NetworkD Releases Customer Survey Reporting Application for FrontRange HEAT

Pressbox (Press Release) - NETWORKD RELEASES CUSTOMER SURVEY REPORTING APPLICATION FOR FRONTRANGE HEAT®April 2005, Basingstoke, UK NetworkD have released a Customer Survey Report application that will extend the functionality of FrontRange HEAT® Service and Support TM by embedding best practices for customer satisfaction surveys directly into the technology. The NetworkD Customer Survey application will enable organisations to measure IT effectiveness and customer perception of IT services whilst facilitating continuous improvement. The NetworkD Customer Survey tool is the only XML based application that integrates directly into the HEAT® database. NetworkD’s Customer Survey tool will provide a link to an online survey which will be sent to the customer when the service desk ticket is closed; this survey can be customised to suit an organisations requirements. There is a simple web-based interface for customers to complete and submit their surveys.
