Sierra Miles Group Welcomes Three New Hires in Reno

In the past couple of months, Sierra Miles has brought on 3 new employees to join the team to bring Northern Nevada safety, flow, and continued trust. Co-Owners Brandon App and Tim Miles expanded their team in Q2 of 2023 to meet growing demand for their services. "We moved into a new office in 2020 before the pandemic hit. Now we're back in full swing and our team has grown to 8 people." said Tim Miles, Co-Owner and Partner. Sierra Miles revenue is projected to exceed $1 million for 2023.
The new team members include:
Janaesha Boykins - Financial Operations Coordinator,
Tim Lastichen - System Administrator
Bianca Onyeagolu - Marketing and Sales Coordinator.
When asked about her time here, Janesha stated, "Having recently joined Sierra Miles, I'm so excited about the warm welcome and supportive work environment provided by the entire team. The owners make it a priority to ensure each member of the team feels valued and appreciated, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration."
As the newest Sierra Miles Group addition, Bianca brings valuable knowledge and skills from a background in the SaaS tech marketing space. Her experience and understanding of technical industry preferences and behaviors will enable her to contribute effectively to the team's marketing initiatives."I'm really excited to come on board and bring a lot of great ideas to life! It's great working alongside such a hardworking team." Bianca said in a statement.
Tim Lastichen brings experience in providing contracting services to diverse entities in various sectors including healthcare, federal gaming, charter schools, and law enforcement. From a young age, his fascination with tinkering with computers ignited a hobby that eventually blossomed into a career path. When asked about his professional journey, he shared this statement, "I discovered that pursuing my passion not only allowed me to do what I loved but also transformed work into a seamless blend of joy and purpose." He supports our clients in the system administrator capacity.
