HelpSmith 3.0: Utmost Simplicity and Great Efficiency Combined in an Excellent Help Authoring Tool

VANCOUVER, Canada - August 18, 2009: Divcom Software announces the release of HelpSmith 3.0, a new version of help authoring tool for developers and tech writers.
