5 simple tips to prevent tooth decay

1. Brush your teeth at least twice a day.

5. Regularly visit your dentist for check-ups.

This is the most important thing to do to ensure oral health. Many people do not realize that no matter how much you brush or how much you floss, the only way to ensure long term oral health is to visit the dentist. Because no matter how many gadgets you have, nothing can replace the training and experience that dentists have.
