A Weak Vocal Chords Problem Can Be Easily Fixed

Added: (Wed Jul 01 2009)

Fl,USA,July 1,2009................The problem of weak vocal chords is quite common in many men. The resulting voice is absent of the deep, crisp, resonance that many men wish there voices had. Typically, many men report that often, in the morning, they do get that comfortable "chesty" quality. But by mid day, the voice gives way and a weakness or even squeakiness creeps in.

This type of deterioration can often be due to stress elements affecting the vocal chords. The vocal chords are a delicate and small muscle group that manipulate the air coming from the lungs to create a raw sound. The lips and tongue do the work of shaping that raw sound into comprehendible sounds like words.

If the vocal chords are too taught, the voice goes higher. If the vocal chords are loose and limber, the sound they produce becomes a nice deep timber. Creating the right environment in the vocal chords can certainly play a large role in getting that quality resonance.

There are many ways to fix this problem, it will depend on your own particular problem. The causes vary from the above mentioned stress elements, to diet, even habitual tensing of the small muscles of the vocal chords. This cause is particularly likely if you experience mornings where your voice is nice and deep, but deteriorates through the day. It shows, you have the capacity for voice depth but have not trained your body to consistently achieve that deep crisp sound yet. Some cases of a weak voice are as simple as a lack of male hormones (testosterone) which can be easily fixed by visiting the doctor to get some HRT or hormone replacement therapy.
