He is the Medical Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Center and is a graduate of La Salle University and the Medical College of Pennsylvania where he received specialty training in Internal Medicine, General Surgery and then Otorhinolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery at the world-renown Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and Body Contour Cosmetic Surgery through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Added to his many honors, Dr. Rubinstein was selected as one of “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons” by Consumers Research Council of America, Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, President of the International Board of Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the President of the American Society of Cosmetic Surgery, affiliate of the Ibero American Federation of Cosmetic Surgery.
