BROSSARD, Quebec, Canada -- May 10, 2001 -- Dolfe, a developer of multilingual Intranets and Portals, today announced the formal launch of e.DenTM , a new and free online service in Mandarin and Cantonese for the Chinese Community of Montreal. e.Den stands for the “electronic den”, or the "Garden of Eden" mentioned in the Bible and means "Paradise". e.DenTM can be used in French and English too, as well as in any other language.
Preceding the “Community of the Future”, this new and free online service brings users Online Community and Municipality News, INSTANT MESSAGES, Private email, Chat Rooms, and Discussion Forums, as well as votes and opinions, thus empowering the individual.

This site works 24-hours a day, 365-days a year, and will be maintained by Dolfe, as a showcase of Dolfe's technology, based on Java and TDR (Token Data Representation).
TDR, a smart information representation method patented by Mr. Levy, is much more efficient than XML. TDR allows one to post descriptions (profiles) of just anything in a language, and retrieve the information in any other language. TDR also makes e.DenTM currency and system (Metric, Imperial) independent.
