Warning: ArticlesBase.com & EzineArticles.com allow "domain forwarding with masking" in articles!

Added: (Thu Nov 12 2009)

"Domain forwarding with masking" is a very simple technique to HIDE the destination url from visitors by manipulating what they see in their Web browser's address bar.

EXAMPLE:

To show you how this is done I've published a short demo article on ArticlesBase.com (ArticlesBase features over 270,000 articles from 32,000+ authors):

http://www.articlesbase.com/business-opportunities-articles/a-legitimate-home-business-opportunity-or-just-another-50-bluff-find-out-1424251.html

1. At the end of my article I ask my readers to click the "PaidSurveysEtcetera.com" link for more info.

2. PaidSurveysEtcetera.com is in fact just an empty domain that I bought for $10 at GoDaddy.com. It currently forwards to a popular work-at-home site called PAIDSURVEYSETC.com but the "domain masking" functionality I'm using prevents my readers from seeing that by keeping PaidSurveysEtcetera.com in their Web browser's address bar.

I display "PaidSurveysEtcetera.com" in my article, encourage my readers to click it, forward them to a totally different website, but hide this fact from them by keeping PaidSurveysEtcetera.com in their Web browser's address bar. Fact: At the biggest and most trusted article directories today, EzineArticles.com & ArticlesBase.com, you can DISPLAY a legitimate looking url in your article AND FORWARD your unsuspecting readers to any site you like (good site, bad site, gambling site, adult site, affiliate site, harmful site, etc.) AND HIDE the truth from them by manipulating what they see in their Web browser's address bar.

3. Forwarding with masking takes less than two minutes to set up and can be done at any web hosting company such as GoDaddy.com
