"FIND THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY" Wolf-Whistle.com Launches Its Encounters Search and Match Website on 1

Added: (Fri Nov 21 2003)

Ever met someone and been so dazzled that you walked away without exchanging
phone numbers or email addresses?
Ever been given a phone number, carefully stowed it in your wallet or purse
and then can't find it when you go to make that call?
Ever caught someone's eye on the tube or in a bar and felt an instant
attraction, but just not had the opportunity to say something?
Countless opportunities like these are missed every day, all over the world
and it's all too easy to let potential relationships just slip through your
fingers. But now there's a way to increase the odds of meeting your true
love.
On the 1st December 2003, Bob Butler and Rob Kisson are launching
Wolf-Whistle.com and the 'Find The One That Got Away' service. From that
date on, people around the world will be able to enter details of themselves
and an encounter, or search the encounters' database, in the hope of getting
together with that special someone.
After registering with the service (for free) members may enter the details
of their encounter with 'The One That Got Away'. The service will then
cross-reference the details (time, place etc) with encounters already in the
database, to see if a match can be found. If one is, then the people
involved can start making up for lost time. If no match is found right away,
then the details will be added to the database to await the other party's
search.
The guys behind Wolf-Whistle.com say, "This is something that people have
been wanting for many years. You may have only had the briefest eye contact
with someone or you may have had a full blown conversation or business
discussion and now, without knowing the other person's name or address, that
encounter in a bar or library can be advanced with both parties consent.
Both people now have a way of registering their interest in being reunited,
perhaps to progress a love interest, follow up on a business proposal or
just to return a lost item. This can only be a good thing."
The website and data management systems have been developed for
Wolf-Whistle.com by Aural 6 Design. Jon Lord from Aural 6 says, " 'Find The
One That Got Away' is a great service that people can use all over the
world. It's free to use and will bring people together".
