General Refund policy

Pressbox will consider a refund up to 14 days after payment, providing you have not benefited from the service. This does not affect your statutory rights. To claim a refund please contact us by any of the methods shown below.

UE Statutory Rights - Internet Purchases

Pressbox adheres to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 regarding the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. Through this regulation, customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of an item from the pressbox.co.uk web site within seven working days (cooling-off period) of making a payment.
